  • How much will working with Magnolia Staffing Resources cost me? MSR’s services are completely free to job seekers. All fees are paid on the employer’s end.
  • If the employer pays you, how do I know you will have my best interests in mind? Our candidate relationships are as valuable to us as our our employer relationships. We represent our candidates just as we represent our clients, with a high level of integrity, honesty, and confidentiality. We only want to place candidates in positions that will be a good long-term fit and that are mutually beneficial for both the candidate and the client. If either party is not satisfied, we have not done our job.
  • Why should I work with a recruiter when I can find a job on my own? MSR has access to both unadvertised and hard to find positions. We also know that you are busy. Let us do all of the work for you. Our dedicated recruiters will do everything from searching for your ideal job to arranging interviews right down to the contract negotiations. Our qualified staff ensures that the interview process moves as quickly and smoothly as possible.
  • How does the hiring process work with Magnolia Staffing Resources? Our recruiter will first talk with you about available opportunities giving you as much information as possible about the positions, facilities, communities, and compensation packages. From there, our recruiter will talk with you about your desired position and location and discuss your background and experience to determine if any of the opportunities are a good fit. If interest in a particular position is established, with your permission, we will forward your resume on to the hiring manager for review. If the hiring manager is interested, a phone interview will be scheduled with the appropriate parties so that both the client and candidate can determine if there is continued interest. If the phone interview goes well, the next step will be to arrange an in-person interview where you will have the opportunity to visit the facility, the community, and meet potential co-workers. Magnolia Staffing Resources will provide you with valuable feedback from the facility every step of the way. If all goes well, an offer will be extended and Magnolia Staffing Resources will be available to help with any contract negotiations that may be required.
  • What if you do not have any positions available that interest me? If we do not have an opportunity that interests you, please give us a call and let us know what you are looking for. Our qualified team will search for the right position at no cost to you!
  • Will you present my resume to facilities without my permission? We will only present your information to an employer with your authorization.
  • I am interested in relocating to another state but do not have a license. Can you help me? Of course, MSR can assist you in obtaining additional licensure. We will work hand in hand with you and the appropriate licensing board to ensure you are licensed and ready for your first day of work.
