Employers: Frequently Asked Questions

• How much do I have to pay up front? Absolutely nothing. Searches are done on a contingency basis which means you pay nothing unless you choose to hire one of our candidates. Please contact us for more details.
• How long will it take you to fill my position? We are not looking for a quick fix for any employer. We only want to place candidates in positions that will be a good long-term fit. We want all parties to be happy. If either party is not satisfied, we have not done our job. We do however, try to fill the position as quickly as possible.
• Why use an agency when I have an in-house recruiter? To have someone working on filling your specific needs full-time! Through our detailed screening process, we are able to direct qualified candidates throughout the country to your opportunity based on their overall career objectives. We also have resources available to us that most in-house recruiters do not have such as resume databases, numerous job posting sites, direct mailers, etc.
• Are you certified by the Joint Commission? Under JCAHO's guidelines for certification, permanent placement firms that do not provide temporary staffing services are not eligible for certification. Magnolia Staffing Resources is strictly a permanent placement firm that does not do any temporary staffing, therefore, we are not eligible for certification. • In the past, I have worked with other agencies that flooded me with resumes for candidates who either were not qualified, or who were not interested in the job opening we had available. Will you do the same thing? We pride ourselves on thoroughly pre-screening candidates to make sure that they not only meet your criteria, but that your opportunity meets their criteria as well. We get as much information from you about your opportunity before we begin our search to ensure your valuable time is not wasted.

We recognize that each facility's situation is unique and try to be as flexible as possible to accommodate the needs of each individual facility. You will be assigned an account manager who will work with you to understand your staffing needs and then the search can begin!
